Popper exterior measurement 9.8 x 4.9 inches with lid, interior measurement 8.3 x 4.5 inches. 12 cup capacity. Cooking instructions: Add 1/3 cups popcorn kernels to base. If desired, add 1-2 Tbsp oil (not necessary). Place lid on the bowl. Microwave on HIGH for approximately 2-4 minutes. Cook time will vary based on microwave wattage.
