- The Art of Vietnamese Coffee
- Step 1: Remove the lid and the press from the filter. Rinse the filter with hot water to help keep the coffee grounds from escaping through the bottom of the filter. Fill the filter with 2-4 teaspoons of Lee’s Ground Coffee.
- Step 2: Gently shake the filter to level the coffee grounds. Place the filter over a coffee mug or heat-safe cup. Insert the press into the filter and push it down firmly onto the coffee grounds.
- Step 3: Pour a small amount of hot water, equal to the coffee grounds, into the filter. Allow 30 seconds for the coffee grounds to absord the moisture and expand, enhancing the coffee aroma.
- Step 4: Fill the filter with hot water to desired level (Adjust coffee and water to taste). Place the lid over the top of the filter while delicious Lee’s Coffee brews into the cup. When the brewing is complete, it’s time to enjoy your way!
