This compact version of our GoodCook Broiler Pan is perfect for roasting and broiler in your toaster oven. With a 2-piece construction that allows for excellent drainage of all the excess drippings from your pan cover to the pan below, you can enjoy healthy eating all the time. The 7" x 11" surface area is great for smaller portions or cooking for one.
