The Airoform Response Ultra-High Performance Interface foam combines with an engineered/modulated secondary region to provide superior patient rest and comfort, ease of nursing/primary care, compatibility for patient repositioning, infection control and durability.

The Sovereign SM5 mattress is supplied as standard with a fully sealed and enclosed Premiflex Premium Pressure Care cover, however, is often swapped out for a Heavy Duty PVC cover in more demanding mental health applications.

All materials and construction methods used in the production of the Sovereign SM5 mattress meet all mental health standards including fire retardancy, longevity, safety, and infection control.
