The Emile Henry artisan loaf pan allows you to bake traditional and generous homemade breads to perfection. The rounded and irregular shape obtained is reminiscent of bread baked at home by our ancestors in bread ovens in the country. Thanks to its domed lid made of refractory ceramic, the pan recreates the conditions of the traditional bread oven to ensure the right humidity during cooking. It makes it possible to obtain a golden crust, crispy, with a fluffy and airy crust. The grooved base with a diamond grid prevents the bread from sticking and achieves that rustic signature. The small gripping ears ensure the necessary ventilation and make the mould easy to handle, even hot. Finally, the base fits into the lid for compact storage.
