For exact dimensions, please refer to the size image. They might be smaller than you expect. Our Pullman loaf pans are made with heavy, reliable gauge carbon steel. The non-stick coating can do its job well in high temperature, so you can focus on getting delicious things cooking. Applicable temperature upper limit: 220°C/428°F.

It is a good tool for the home baker, bakeries, restaurants, catering etc. Note: When you need to bake with batter, you’d better add a piece of parchment.
- Non-Stick Coating & Easy to Clean --- The pretty slick nonstick coating on loaf pan which is easy to clean, making the bread dough and baked bread can be removed from it easily. We suggest that spray the pan with some cooking spray before putting dough in it to get the nonstick coating working well. Moreover, be careful with the sharp inner curls and outer corners of the pans while using or cleaning them.
- How to Maintain --- Before using the pan for the first time, brush it with butter and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes. This process enhances the non-stick qualities of the pan and helps prolong its lifespan. Though the bread pan can be washed in dishwasher, for longer use, we recommend hand washing and dry it with a soft cloth after each use. Also avoid using metal utensils directly on the pan, as they may scratch the non-stick coating.
